Mariam Mouliets

Born in Melilla in 1953, Mariam Mouliets is a French artist of Spanish origin living and working in the Gironde since 1985.

She is inspired by artists such as Kandinsky and Picasso.

A pictorial adventure Graduated from the Fine Arts School in Madrid and trained in Plastic Arts at the Michel Montagne University in Bordeaux, Mariam Mouliets explores many techniques during her apprenticeship which she describes as "a pictorial adventure".

Strongly inspired by her native country, her first paintings are a tribute to Spain. Today she works in abstract art, a universe that fascinates her.
