Artist Biography
Born in 1988, Liso Cassano grew up in the south of France.
At eighteen, she flies to Paris to study cinema. Then she devoted herself to art. She made videos and wrote poetry, inspired by the work of Baudelaire, Rimbaud's letters and the work of Nan Goldin.
At the age of 25 she started writing and composing songs, inspired by folk, electronic and rock music. She took up the guitar and the flute she had learned as a child, and learned to play the piano.
After a first photographic exhibition, she continues by exhibiting her works in oil paint, inspired by the painters of the late nineteenth century and her art videos.
