R. Cavalié is a French artist whose paintings have been widely exhibited, both nationally and internationally. While her style is described as figurative, she sees it more as a source of future fictions. Indeed, each of her works could be felt as the point of origin of a tale, short story, poem or novel that the viewer might enjoy writing. Highly productive, it's driven by a sense of urgency, because when the idea is there, we can't help but accept it. "Creativity can't be forced; it's creativity that forces you to act," she assures us.
