I've been drawing since I was old enough to hold a pencil. My drawing which, over time, has been enriched with various techniques, is for me a real outlet, the means of escaping from a very hectic daily life and current events. Nature is my main source of inspiration. However, man is not excluded from my universe, he is even often the central character, solitary and very insignificant with regard to this nature. Through my paintings, it is a certain form of appeasement and nostalgia that I seek and that I seek in particular to share on the occasion of exhibitions. After having apprehended the watercolor in an academic way, I gradually declined the technique by using in particular new supports. Today I paint directly on a cotton or acrylic frame, a medium that is normally incompatible with watercolors.
For several years, I had more or less abandoned all artistic activity before resuming brushes and discovered a new pleasure, that of exhibiting, sharing and exchanging with the public and artists.
