The white water lily has different names - nymphaeum, queen of waters, flower of mermaids. It is one of the most amazing aquatic plants, attracting with its unique beauty. Dark green leaves floating on the surface of the water, in the form of a large flat saucer, are decorated with a snow-white, bewitching flower that exudes a well-tangible, delicate aroma.
A feature of water lilies is the ability of flowers to close in the evening and immerse in water. Some days, in the rain, for example, they do not appear on the surface at all. Therefore, from ancient times, the name of the water lily has come down to us - a mermaid flower. In legends, it was believed that at night the flowers of the water lily turn into mermaids who went ashore and returned to the pond in the morning.
Admiring and admiring the perfect beauty of a water lily always brings a special joy!

Artist Biography

In each of my paintings, I strive to convey not only a visual impression, but also an energy that can be felt tactilely. My main tool is the palette knife, with which I create many layers and textures on the canvas. Each stroke is a reflection of my feelings, moods and sensations, which are intertwined with paint and transferred to the canvas, leaving their own unique mark. My paintings invite the viewer into the world of bright and saturated colors, each artwork seems to come to life, inviting you to touch it with your hand and feel its power. Interesting plots, warmly familiar to everyone, help you immerse yourself in my emotions and know them with your own heart, get unforgettable aesthetic and emotional impressions.
