Yan Vita has always chosen a figurative art. At the same time draughtsman, sculptor and painter, his work expresses the secret and delicate soul of hidden things. Painted or drawn, my subjects invite themselves on plaster worked in several stages, recalling by certain sides the half-erased frescoes of medieval churches.
My themes of predilections return in a cyclic way, sometimes by mixing: the nude, the portrait meet the tree or the bird superimposing or juxtaposing themselves in a silent dialogue marked by softness and poetry. In black and white or in color, it emanates from his creation serenity and depth.
In parallel to his studio work, Yan Vita offers courses and workshops in drawing, painting and modeling in the Rhône-Alpes region.
