Lili Cox

I started painting as a child, as a way to breathe pure and authentic air in a hostile environment. I studied Fine Arts and then decided to develop my way of expressing myself in a total freedom of the heart, that's when the artistic name Lili Cox came to me. I like to work with different materials and on different supports, according to my inspiration, I see and feel the imperceptible sound in the noise of consumption, subtle vibrations that I retranscribe in painting. In my beginnings I felt inspired by the audacity of Marcel Duchamp, the freedom of Jackson Pollock, the approach of Kandinsky, associating music with painting, and the vibrations that emanate from his paintings. Today I feel inspired by the melody of the movement of life.
