Noudjoud Oumahi

Self-taught artist, I started painting in 2010.

I work mainly with acrylic paint and I sometimes try dry pastel and pencil. I started in the figurative but it is in the abstract that I feel I can fully express my emotions. To put myself in my creative bubble, I like to listen to classical music while painting. In 2018, I was forced to stop painting to fight a battle with breast cancer.

I had the strength to resume my passion after a year. I then created a painting full of color and energy. Entitled "Victory", this painting is for me the symbol of my remission. I had the opportunity to participate in four exhibitions of amateur artists, the last of which took place in 2023.
