Âme Sauvage

Âme Sauvage is a French painter born in 1986. Self-taught, it is at the age of 20 years that the artist discovers painting. After having realized several exhibitions of her works, and those then meeting a great success, she resigns from her job in 2012 to devote herself fully to abstract painting. Âme Sauvage's works can be found in many private collections in France as well as abroad (Switzerland, United States, Belgium...). The artist works in an abstract register, with a very spontaneous gesture, in order to express her deep feelings on the canvas. To dream, to escape, to fly away, to travel, to make visible the best hidden things, here is the first step of the artist. As a chemist, she likes to test colors and dare associations while resolutely seeking to give colors to life. An adventurer, she dares to travel with her paint, knowing neither the destination nor the duration of the journey. A colorist above all, the line and artistic personality of Âme Sauvage are well affirmed. Humble and passionate, the artist allows the spectator to feel immediately in front of her work, an immense energy, palpable at first sight.
