Luca Cartoonist

Luca Cartoonist, Italian, born in 1986, is an emerging artist in the world of Pop Art.
Passionate about comics, he graduated in advertising graphics at Ascoli Piceno Institute of Art and specialized in comics and illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna.
Drawing and painting will continue to be an integral part of his life despite a different career path.

In 2020, during the pandemic, he decided to enter the world of Pop Art.
He mainly depicts characters from the world of cartoons by adapting them and grouping them into current situations, often integrating pop icons from yesterday and today.
He mainly uses acrylic paints, spray cans and mixed media printmaking and collage on canvas.

Since 2021, he has collaborated with several art galleries and has participated in numerous contemporary art shows.
