From an early age, Benooaa traveled with his family to several countries, first Iraq, then Malaysia.
He went to school in France for the first time at the age of 8.
He began his professional life as an engineer on construction sites in South-East Asia.
At the age of 33, he resumed his studies at the Paris Malaquais School of Architecture, located on the site of the Paris School of Fine Arts.
An architecture graduate and "jack of all trades", Benooaa develops a profound personal experience through his art.
