Yandy Graffer

Multidisciplinary artist, Yandy Graffer started in the graffiti world in 2007 with aerosol spraying, before creating large-scale murals. Expressive and colourful, his work is marked by the supremacy of line and contours. Coming from a family of fishermen, he is essentially inspired by the marine world that he revisits through his childhood memories.

In Peru, he has participated in about thirty events (Latidoamericano, Meeting of Styles, Next Level). In 2015, he won second prize in the national competition "Los Paredes Hablan" (The Talking Walls) in Lima. In Lyon, he has had 6 solo exhibitions in two years (Sofffa, Agence Capcross, Galerie Clémouchka, Bibliothèque du 5e), collaborated with 5 group exhibitions (Watching You in Fourvière, Taverne Gutenberg), created several walls (Urban Art Jungle and One Shot with Superposition) and a giant fresco for Retrouvailles in Lyon. More recently, he participated in Peinture Fraîche and is the guest of honour at the SAFIR Festival!
