Jackie Spaeter

Born at the Hôtel Dieu on the Ile de la Cité in Paris, I was cradled in Place des Vosges, and I grew up rubbing shoulders with the colors and emotions of the Marais district. From adolescence, I began to travel the world and I discovered the scents, the colors, the freedom of spaces and discovery.

This "spirit of freedom" will also be expressed through different studies, different jobs, different places of residence, and always a great desire to travel around the world. And one day, I decide to put my suitcases in Alsace, and it is on this land that I practice first in pencil, then in charcoal, sanguine and pastel. And quite naturally I move towards acrylic.

I would qualify myself as a "free electron" with an eclectic inspiration sensibility, now I invite you to discover my work.
