Pierrick Fiolleau

Born in 1982 in Saint Martin les Boulogne on the Côte d'Opale, I began exhibiting in 2009. I create collages using photos I've taken myself and slides I've collected from my grandparents, all enhanced with paint. I use a variety of media: canvas, wood and, more recently, crumpled sheet steel. My artistic universe revolves around board sports (surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding), music and urban settings. I have exhibited in several galleries in Lille, Hardelot Plage and Biarritz and participated for several years in the MIACS surf art market in Biarritz, where I met the RTRP collective, with whom I then exhibited on the Atlantic coast (Nantes, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Biscarosse). In 2014, I won the 29th Chelsea International Fine Art Competition organized by the Agora Gallery in New York.
