Georges Adrien
After a career in the corporate world as a coach and trainer in personal development and communication techniques, I embarked on a radical shift toward artistic creation. This transition from the rational world to the realm of art was not a career change, but an inner necessity. My first works appeared in 2002, emerging from an instinctive exploration where gesture becomes language. Bronze gradually emerged as my primary medium. In my studio in Normandy, I forge my own alloys and shape each piece as an autonomous entity. This archaic material becomes a vehicle for contemporary inquiries.
CURRENT SERIES – THE LAST ARTS The First Arts enshrined the spirits of nature. The Last Arts totemize the spirits of technology. Through a series of bronze sculptures, I explore a dystopian future where humanity, having renounced creation, elevates robots to the status of new spiritual guides.
