Biography

"Always nourish your culture and discover your style, your writing"

Originally, I had opted for analog photography in analog printing, I like the result always very personal and unique. I found a technique of colorization of photography which consists, through 10 different steps, to make the colors completely absorbed by the paper fiber. The ink does not remain on the surface and the depth of the photograph is preserved because the image is washed after each application of ink. The colors rise slowly, like a watercolor.

For style, I was guided to the work of Irving Penn, for whom I have great admiration. I have studied compositions by great painters. I met the writer Gilles Montelatici in 2013, we are both members of a photo competition with a jury. We decide to build a project together, it will be the "Garden lover".

On this occasion I decided to enrich my images with digital retouching and collages, the images are then painted digitally or by hand. As I use different techniques, I am put in a more plastic box and no longer as a photographer. I decided to put everyone in agreement by becoming an iconographer, which means making images (no matter how, they are images).
