Biography

Self-taught and passionate, I have no leader and follow no academy. It is certain, however, that I am particularly fond of the works of Klein and Soulage.

I have been producing for over twenty years. I like works with volume, which is why I work a lot with texture on my canvases, the color being there only to exalt it.

To produce, I use a mix of techniques because acrylics or knife work, alone, do not give me satisfaction in terms of volume. To do this, I work on a silicone base, with a spray can and then with a brush.

My productions are essentially abstract, but I am inspired by nature.

For example, "Sinas" takes the theme of the plant. It tends to reproduce the undulation of the wind in the oyats such a caress of the events on the individual who knows to undergo without breaking. It expresses the softness and the heat of the twilight. "Sinas" was produced at the same time as "Sanis" which could be perceived as a diptych representing dawn and dusk, awakening and meditation, ...
