Preferring to remain incognito, contemporary artist Norman Gekko swims against the tide of "sharing" on social networks and the egotistical exhibitionism that dominates contemporary art. So, no nationality, no gender. For the artist, the choice of anonymity has only one function: that of allowing works to be contemplated without prejudice, thus giving them the place which is rightfully theirs in society.

Gekko's style is clear and simple: creating, by the trompe-l'oeil technique, on a recurring monochrome background a unique pictorial motif.
